How To Use
Cleanse and tone your skin. Then take out the mask and spread it over your face. Wait for 15-20 minutes and remove the mask. Massage the leftover essence onto skin.
My Experience
If you live in India, you will be aware how difficult or almost impossible it was to get sheet masks a while ago. Though the scenario is changing now, we still do not have access to the kind of variety enjoyed by others across the world. However, there are some online ecommerce websites such as Skin18 that let you order and indulge in these simple beauties of life.
Coming to the product, this is a natural cotton crosel mask which means that it is made of 100% cotton, sits snugly on face and ensures maximum absorption of the mask essence into skin. This mask fit me much better than the sheet masks I tried from Ponds and Neutrogena in the past. You can wear this and continue with your work; it will not come off.
I had fresh scratches all over my hands and some on face too, from my newly-adopted kitten. I was pretty sure this mask would make those areas sting and burn. But no... no stinging or burning. Isn't that great?!
It has a mild honey smell which should not bother anyone. The texture of the mask essence is very light and non-sticky. When you are massaging the leftover essence after removing the mask, you will feel how light and easy-to-spread the essence is. However, it does feel a bit sticky, a very little bit, when you touch your face after it gets absorbed or if your hand touches a table or something. And yes, I did put some of the leftover essence on my hands too, There was a lot of it left :)
I like to use such sheet masks during travelling to avoid the mess and efforts required in applying and washing off a regular face pack. This is so easy to use that it is excellent for lazy days when you wish to do something for your skin but are not keen to actually do it.
Speaking of the after-effects, when I washed the essence off my face in the morning, my face was looking nourished, cleaner, fresh, and slightly brighter too. This is a hydrating mask and it did definitely did that and some more too. So I am happy and satisfied!
