Za Perfect Solution Youth Whitening Serum - Review

A while ago, Za launched this Perfect Solution Youth Whitening Serum in India amidst a lot of hype, claiming it to be a high-performance anti-ageing and whitening skincare product. The reviews were mostly positive over the internet. So I skipped, hopped and went to my laptop, and ordered one for myself.

Now if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you would be aware that I discontinued using it after a few days. But..... I eventually got around to using it a second time. And here is my experience....

My Experience with Za Perfect Solution Youth Whitening Serum

I have tested this serum in two different ways. The first time, I used this for around 15 days along with the Za True White Emulsion. After a few days, I noticed a few whiteheads and tiny bumps on my face. Now I am a person who rarely gets whiteheads. Naturally, I was a bit worried, even though I quite liked how the serum made my skin look.

So after 15 days, I stopped using this combo and went back to my trusted cream; and my skin started getting better.

Almost a month later, I started using the Za Perfect Solution Youth Whitening Serum again with a minor but very important change - I skipped the Za emulsion! And... I did not get any whiteheads or any bumps this time!! I assume something in the combination of the serum and emulsion just did not suit my skin.

My skin was already in a good condition thanks to my above-mentioned cream. And I really wondered what more could the Za Perfect Solution Youth Whitening Serum do! But it did work! It made my skin brighter, more glowy, and look more fresh. There was no drastic improvement because as I said, my skin was already doing good. But still, there was a noticeable overall improvement. And I was happy!

Coming to the consistency, it is runny. I need 2 pumps of serum for each use. If you have dry skin, you need to use a moisturiser over this, whatever may be the weather. I used this alone as I was wary of using it with any other product considering my earlier experience; and it felt drying.

The Za Perfect Solution Youth Whitening Serum spreads and gets absorbed easily. It has a very mild, floral fragrance which does not stay.

The Za Perfect Solution Youth Whitening Serum claims to be Anti-dark spots + Anti-wrinkle. But I did not notice any effect on my laugh lines or lines under my eyes. So not much of an anti-ageing serum; but definitely a brightening serum! Maybe if you are sharp-eyed enough to spot the starting signs of a wrinkle and start using this, it may work. Let us hope that some reader comments below if it has.

Overall Impression

The Za Perfect Solution Youth Whitening Serum does deliver on the radiance and luminosity claim but not on the anti-ageing claim, for me. Since my skin is dry, I wish it was slightly more moisturizing for the price; or atleast more quantity for the price. That would have increased my chances of getting this one again. Otherwise I do not see myself repurchasing this, atleast not in the near future.
