Bangalore has always had a pleasant climate in comparison to other Indian cities. But the summer heat this year has been so unbearable here that I was pretty sure it would melt me too. The tap water has been hot enough to boil an egg; and (as already mentioned in a previous post) I have often been tempted to slip a few ice cubes into my bath water!
