Review: Makeup Revolution London Pro Fix Amazing Makeup Fixing Spray

So you have a party to attend. You prep, prime and apply makeup on your face, do your hair and wear that gorgeous outfit, and accessories. You step out of your home as Cinderella but reach the venue as....wait..... the Joker in Batman?? Whyy, what happenedd??? Well, maybe... you did not use a good makeup fixing spray!
A makeup fixing/setting spray is supposed to be the last step in your makeup routine. It sets your makeup and keeps it in place fresh and longer by creating an invisible layer/barrier on your face. This is my second product from the Makeup Revolution London brand (first one was the serum-and-primer reviewed here). I have never used a makeup fixing/setting spray before. So when I saw this product, curiosity got the better of me and I picked it up right away. Read on to know if this proved to be a good choice...

Ingredients
The list has some natural and some chemical ingredients. If you are sensitive to alcohol, then please do a patch test prior to use.
Packaging
Sturdy, white plastic bottle with a transparent, tight-fitting cap. The plastic of the cap seems flimsy but is actually just flexible. It has a spray nozzle that gently delivers a fine mist. Travel friendly.

How To Use
Give the bottle a good shake; and remember to close your eyes and eyes before spraying.
My Experience
I was quite hesitant to use a setting spray as I did not like the idea of wetting a face done with makeup. But this product solved all my worries.
The spray nozzle gently delivers a fine mist all over your face. It does take a moment to dry depending upon the amount you spray. Do close your eyes and lips before use.
I have noticed that if you use more, it gives you a dewy face. Dewy is great if it stays dewy. I used this in summer and since I have dusky skin; for me, dewy becomes oily.....and oily becomes dull and dark in not much time. Because of this reason, I did not like it much in the beginning. But now, I spritz this, wait for it to dry, and then touch up with a compact. And the makeup stays fresh and really long. Sounds funny, but a great tip for people who do not like a dewy face. In winters, it would be just fine.
You would get the smell of alcohol when you spray it. But that goes away, so do not worry.
I have used this spray with the serum-and-primer (review here) as well as with other primers, with bb cream and foundations, over eye and lip makeup too. The lasting power of your underlying makeup would definitely enhance the effectiveness of this fixing spray. Your makeup would stay fresh much longer than it would normally.
Since this is my first makeup fixing/setting spray, I can not really compare it with others in the market. But I am happy that this works and I am sure it will perform even more wonderfully in the coming months.
