Back in my native, Kerala, Ayurveda is pretty much known and can be afforded by almost anybody. So I got all the more curious to try this brand. And it happened. Product Description
A silken elixir to drench your skin with moisture, with legendary restorative and anti-aging properties. Intensive Everyday Repair and Protective Ayurvedic Formulation. All the ingredients are sourced from Ayurvedic texts and are 100% natural. The formulation is an enriched version of natural sebum which instantly penetrates and plumps the skin. Sebum is natural oil, secreted by the sebaceous glands in skin that lubricate and protect the skin.
Ingredients
Forest Essentials claims that this is a 100% natural product. However, you may want to check up on the ingredients like cyclomethicone and some others in the list. Unless I get proper clarity, I would not like to believe the 100% natural claim.
Packaging
A cute, rectangular, sturdy, opaque golden bottle with a pump dispenser. The dispenser part can be screwed open; and you can refill and reuse the bottle. Compact and travel friendly. This is the old packaging though. (The new packaging comes in a tub.)

How To Use
My Experience
The elixir has a light-weight texture. It spreads and gets absorbed easily. It has a floral-plus-essential oil kind of fragrance which fades after a while.
Despite being light, it moisturizes my dry skin really well. If you have an oily skin type, you may want to use it in cooler conditions like winter or an air-conditioned place.
On application, I see a healthy glow on my face. It also makes skin soft and plump. This bottle lasted me for around 2 months with once-a-day application after cleansing. During this period, I did not find any noticeable brightening, lightening, or firming of skin. What it did do was provide deep nourishment; though at this price, I expect much more.

Overall Impression
The Sanjeevani Beauty Elixir by Forest Essentials is a deeply nourishing moisturizer for dry skin people. Oily skin types should however use it in cooler conditions. I did not find any noticeable results as claimed, other than making skin soft and plump. Maybe it just needs more time to work on me. But at this price, I do not plan to buy again. You can try it out if you are fine with the price tag.
